03:14 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC AB (NCCB.ST) agreed to divest its industry business to two industrial buyers for an enterprise value of 8.2 billion kronor. The Sweden-listed construction company said the sale of the business area, which includes stone materials and asphalt operations, is expected to generate 7 billion kronor in positive cash flow and reduce its capital intensity. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close in the second half of 2027.
