04:00 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Colefax Group (CFX.L) launched a proposed tender offer to buy back up to 12% of its issued share capital, according to a Wednesday release. The British interior design company intends to repurchase up to 607,047 shares at the lower of 13.50 pounds sterling each or 105% of their average closing mid-market price over the previous five business days. The offer will run until Oct. 21, with the results and purchases scheduled for Oct. 22.
