04:44 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AF Gruppen (AFG.OL) secured a contract worth 409 million Norwegian kroner from Diakonhjemmet Foundation for the construction of Plot D at Campus Diakonhjemmet in Oslo, according to a Wednesday release. The Oslo-listed contracting and industrial group will design and build a multi-purpose building that will include offices, commercial space, and 175 student housing units across a gross floor area of 9,500 square meters. Construction is slated to begin in February 2027, with completion in the first quarter of 2029.
