06:04 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enad Global 7 (EG7.ST) unit Fireshine Games bought Danish indie game studio Fair Games for an upfront payment of $4 million, according to a Wednesday release. The gaming group will pay an additional consideration of up to $2 million based on content and platform releases. Subject to the achievement of certain targets, the buyer may also pay 10% to 20% of net revenue as performance-based earn-out. The acquisition adds survival-crafting personal computer game Necesse to Fireshine's digital games portfolio.
