06:37 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared the creation of Samsung SRA Asset Management and GS Engineering & Construction's Polish joint venture. The regulator said Wednesday that the Bursera sp zoo joint venture, which will operate and rent a warehouse in Poland, would not raise competition concerns due to the limited combined market positions of the companies after the transaction. Samsung SRA is a subsidiary of the conglomerate Samsung, while GS Engineering & Construction is a unit of construction company GS, all headquartered in South Korea.
