On CNBC’s “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer recommended owning Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD), calling it a “really well-run” company.

“I think what you’re seeing is related to the fact that the 30-year is headed towards 6% — maybe 6.25% — which I can ultimately expect that it could happen, and that’s causing Enterprise Products Partners to be weaker than expected,” he added. “I still like the business; it’s a great LNG company.”

Supporting his choice, RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto, on Sept. 22, reiterated Enterprise Products Partners with an Outperform rating and maintained a $42 price target.

Cerebras Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:CBRS) is a “good company, too expensive of a stock,” Cramer said.

Freedom Capital Markets analyst Paul Meeks, on Oct. 2, upgraded Cerebras Systems from Hold to Buy and maintained the price target of $209.

Cramer said he doesn’t know Argan, Inc. (NYSE:AGX).

On the earnings front, Argan reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results on Sept. 2.

“This thing has been crushed,” Cramer said when asked about MasTec, Inc. (NYSE:MTZ). “I’m not going to get in front of that kind of selling.”

Truist Securities analyst Jamie Cook maintained MasTec with a Buy on Monday and lowered the price target from $428 to $380, while TD Cowen analyst Marc Bianchi maintained the stock with a Buy and cut the price target from $420 to $320.
