Constellation Brands, Caribou Biosciences And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 200 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE:STZ) fell in pre-market trading following second-quarter results.

Constellation Brands reported quarterly earnings of $3.74 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.56 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $2.633 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.542 billion.

The company also announced the acquisition of spirit-based ready-to-drink brand SpikedAde.

Constellation Brands shares dipped 5.1% to $110.10 in pre-market trading.

  • LiveWire Group, Inc. (NYSE:LVWR) dipped 6.1% to $1.5403 in pre-market trading after climbing over 10% on Tuesday.
  • Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:CYPH) fell 5.5% to $3.08 in pre-market trading following a 3% gain on Tuesday.
  • Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ:GILT) fell 5.4% to $8.72 in pre-market trading.
  • Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (NYSE:HMY) fell 4.8% to $16.49 in pre-market trading.
  • Sibanye Stillwater Limited (NYSE:SBSW) fell 4.4% to $9.57 in pre-market trading.
  • Ascentage Pharma Group (NASDAQ:AAPG) declined 3.7% to $15.50 in pre-market trading after surging 10% on Tuesday.
