Discovery (J5A.F) will face a government review in Poland under rules that give Warsaw the power to block deals involving companies it considers strategically important. The review could take up to 90 days to complete, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing the country's State Assets Minister Wojciech Balczun, who added that the move is "purely administrative" and has no political angle. Paramount, Warner, and TVN did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
