09:05 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aumovio's (AMV0.F) Chief Financial Officer Jutta Dönges will step down from the executive board on Wednesday and depart the company on Oct. 31 by mutual agreement. The German automotive technology company said Wednesday that Chief Executive Officer Philipp von Hirschheydt will handle the executive board-level finance function until a permanent CFO is appointed. Meanwhile, supervisory board member Claus Bauer will serve as interim head of finance, beginning no later than Nov. 1. Aumovio said it has begun the process of hiring a permanent CFO.
