10:09 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Smoltek Nanotech (SMOL.ST) applied to move its stock listing to the Nordic Growth Market, or NGM, from the Spotlight Stock Market. The Swedish nanotechnology company said Wednesday it will delist from Spotlight once NGM approves the transfer. Smoltek hopes to complete the move before the end of the fourth quarter of 2026, with trading on NGM beginning immediately after its final session on Spotlight. The company then aims to apply for a parallel listing on Boerse Stuttgart during the same quarter.
