Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI) today announced financial results for the third quarter ended August 30, 2026.

As of August 30, 2026, the company had $240 million remaining under its current share repurchase authorization, which has no expiration date. In line with the company’s capital allocation strategy, the company intends to enter into an ASR agreement to repurchase $100 million of its Class A common stock.
