On October 8, 2026, the company signed a “Placement Agreement” with Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited, Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Open Securities Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Joint Placing Agent” or “Manager”) before the H share trading session, and signed a “certification agreement” with the manager before the H share trading session “Purchase Agreement”. The Company plans to place 184.46 million additional H shares issued by the Company to eligible independent investors at an placement price of HK$105.16 per share (hereinafter referred to as the “Placement Price”), and plans to issue convertible bonds with a total principal amount of RMB3.96 billion.

After the issuance of the bonds is completed, the total proceeds from the bond subscription will be approximately HK$4.635 billion. After deducting the estimated expenses payable from the issuance of the bonds, the net proceeds from the bond subscription will be approximately HK$4.606 billion. About 55% of the total proceeds will be used to increase the production capacity of optical module products, about 30% will be used for strategic investment in selected upstream companies, and about 15% will be used for general corporate purposes and to supplement the Group's working capital.
