11:43 PM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Mazaya Holding Co.'s (DFM:MAZAYA) board will propose delisting the company's shares from the Dubai Financial Market at a general assembly. The board will also recommend moving the property development company's listing to Boursa Kuwait, according to a Wednesday filing. Al Mazaya noted that the delisting will have no financial impact.
