12:29 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Torm (TRMD-A.CO) shareholder OCM Njord completed the planned secondary public offering of 6,329,874 class A common shares of the oil products transport company. OCM Njord, indirectly owned by funds indirectly managed by Oaktree Capital Management, no longer owns any class A common shares in Torm, according to a Wednesday release. Torm did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
