12:30 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OCI (OCI.AS) said the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal dismissed the Dutch association for retail investors VEB and shareholders' petition to inquire into its policy and course of affairs. The court also ordered VEB and Smits to jointly and severally pay an estimated 18,000 euros in administrative proceedings costs, the chemicals company said Wednesday. OCI added that the NNS Holding offer and the extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 30 will proceed as planned.
