01:31 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Koninklijke BAM Groep (BAMNB.AS) agreed to acquire Dutch underground infrastructure specialist A.Hak for an enterprise value of 504 million euros. The Amsterdam-listed construction and property development company intends to finance the acquisition with a combination of cash on hand and a bridge loan facility from a syndicate of lenders, according to a Thursday filing. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
