02:31 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Volution Group's (FAN.L) preliminary profit and revenue for fiscal 2026 grew year over year, according to a Thursday release. Profit after tax for the 12 months ended July 31 was 62.5 million pounds sterling, compared with 41.5 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.311 pound from 0.207 pound. The indoor air quality technology group's revenue from contracts with customers was 484.8 million pounds, compared with 419.1 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.088 pound per share, payable Dec. 15 to shareholders on record Nov. 20. It paid 0.074 pound per share a year ago. This takes the full-year dividend to 0.128 pound per share, up from 0.108 pound per share in the previous year.
