03:14 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Logistics Development Group's (LDG.L) independent directors unanimously rejected the revised takeover proposal from private equity and asset management firm DBAY Advisors, after consulting with advisers and the group's major independent shareholder. The logistics industry-focused investor's directors said the 0.2 pound-sterling-per-share cash bid is not at a level that they can support, according to a Thursday filing. The offer was raised from an unsolicited, preliminary, indicative, and conditional proposal of 0.19 pound per share earlier. DBAY has until Nov. 5 to withdraw or announce a firm intention to make a buyout offer to Logistics Development Group.
