Lion Finance Unit Obtains $118 Million Loans From International Finance Corp.

04:54 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lion Finance Group (BGEO.L) subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia signed two loan agreements totaling $118 million with International Finance Corp., a member of the World Bank Group, according to a Thursday release. The first agreement offers a $58 million multi-currency line to the Georgian lender, while the second provides $60 million, according to a Thursday release. Each loan carries a five-year tenor and interest at a floating rate. The proceeds will be used to finance and develop micro, small and medium enterprises in Georgia.
