06:13 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets highlighted Porsche AG's (P911.F) shift toward higher-margin models and increased personalization as the primary driver to hit its medium-term revenue target. "Porsche is targeting a roughly 45% increase in the share of higher-margin D and E segment models, while cutting the number of model variants on a total company basis by ~20% to concentrate volume on the most profitable nameplates. The company wants to increase ATPs of its top-of-the-range models by ~20% in the medium term. Layered on top of that is a significant expansion of personalization - the Sonderwunsch program is scaled up with a target of sixfold revenue growth. Finally, the pipeline of new products - including the mid-engine super sports platform, the aforementioned 3-row SUV, and additional 911 derivatives - is deliberately skewed toward the higher-margin, more exclusive end of the market," analysts said Wednesday after attending the automaker's investor day in Stuttgart, Germany. Under its new "Sportwagenschmiede '35" strategy, Porsche aims to raise annual revenue to 41 billion euros to 45 billion euros by 2035, against the company's target of 35 billion euros to 36 billion euros in full-year 2026. To support this growth, management targets a medium-term volume recovery to 2025 levels of 279,449 units, which the research firm noted compared with the expected sales volume of 250,000 vehicles in 2026. Additionally, Porsche's Chinese deliveries, which once accounted for 35% of total deliveries, are projected by management to fall below 10%. Analysts said this update implied no rebound is in sight for the "once critical market." RBC rates the stock at sector perform, with a price target of 40 euros.
