06:58 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alien Metals (UFO.L) secured an extension for the repayment of its convertible loan facility with Bennelong Resource Capital to Sep. 30, 2027, from Dec. 31, 2026. The amendment provides the minerals exploration and development company with more flexibility as it explores alternative funding sources or pursues asset sales, according to a Thursday filing. The three-tranche facility signed in March 2024 has tranches two and three available for a total of $1 million.
