09:44 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Basma Adeem Medical (SASE:9626), d/b/a Smile Care, will not pursue its planned acquisition of Fahd Abdullah Al-Ajaji Dental Complex from Al-Ajaji Trading. The parties decided to mutually terminate the nonbinding memorandum of understanding after failing to reach a final agreement, the dental services company said Thursday.
