12:04 PM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PowerCell Sweden (PCELL.ST) won an order to provide fuel cell systems and engineering services for two more hydrogen-electric bulk carriers to be delivered to Norwegian shipowner GMI Group. The Swedish hydrogen-electric solutions provider said Thursday the order is worth 27 million kronor and covers 10 Marine System 225 units, generating over 2 megawatts of power. Deliveries are planned for 2027 to 2028, building on a previous order in September 2025. PowerCell said German engineering company eCap Marine will handle vessel-level integration and certification.
