01:57 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bigben Interactive (BIG.PA) concluded the sale of its electronic accessories subsidiary, Bigben Connected, to telecom and mobility products distributor Modelabs. The video game console accessories company received 35 million euros at completion, with the remaining 13 million euros to be structured as a vendor loan repayable by Modelabs semi-annually in installments over five years, according to a Thursday release. Bigben Interactive will use the proceeds received at the closing to support its financial restructuring.
