03:56 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hexagon AB (HEXA-B.ST) agreed to purchase Canada-headquartered geotechnical and engineering analysis software company Rocscience from TA Associates and its founders and management. The cash- and debt-free deal values Rocscience at an enterprise value of $535 million, according to a Friday release. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter. The Swedish industrial technology company noted that the transaction will be accretive to net income from closing and plans to integrate the acquired business into its radar and monitoring division within its infrastructure and geospatial business area.
