06:01 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mendell Helium (MDH.L) purchased the remaining 25% stake it did not already own in the Nilson 22‑1 well in Kansas, US, for $186,092 in shares. The helium exploration and production company will issue 3,094,000 ordinary shares at 0.0448 pound each to minority investors, according to a Friday release. The new shares are expected to start trading on Oct. 15. As such, Mendell now holds a 100% interest in the well at the Hugoton gas field, which was fracked in the fourth quarter of 2024.
