07:48 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dataproces Group (DATA.CO) received acceptance of its indicative offer to buy a small, unnamed German software company in Lower Saxony, with an enterprise value of 54,000 euros that excludes cash and debt. The Danish IT and consulting company said Friday the final price will be adjusted for cash and debt at closing. Dataproces said the deal supports its plans to expand its demographic planning and municipal statistics business in Germany. The deal is targeted to close by Jan. 1, 2027, subject to due diligence and a binding agreement, among others.
