Trading in the automotive retail-focused software company's shares on the London stock exchange's main market was suspended, with cancellation set for Oct. 12. Ridgeview Partners-administered entities, via UK Piston Bidco, and Pinewood.AI agreed on the terms of the 545 million-pound-sterling deal in August.
