Former RiverRock Headquarters Changes Hands for $707 per Square Foot

2392 Morse Ave., a 22,193-square-foot Class A office building in Irvine, sold for $15.7 million, or $707 per square foot. Economos DeWolf secured the buyer and put the property into escrow before it was formally brought to market.

The property, formerly the headquarters of RiverRock Real Estate Group, was extensively renovated and has prominent 5 Freeway frontage. The Economos DeWolf team of Steve Economos and Geoff DeWolf represented both the buyer and seller.

“The single-story office building features high-end interior finishes and an irreplaceable Irvine location,” according to the brokerage.
