11:57 PM EDT, 10/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's Ratings maintained its long-term deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings on Sparebanken Norge (SBNOR.OL) at Aa3, with a stable outlook. The affirmation is supported by the rating agency's expectations that the Norwegian lender will sustain sound asset quality, resilient earnings, and a robust capital position on the back of its prudent risk management and expansion of fee-generating business, according to an Oct. 9 filing. The stable outlook, meanwhile, highlights Moody's forecast that the lender will sustain its strong and consistent financial performance at current levels over the next 12 months to 18 months.
