12:36 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Glencore's (GLEN.L, GLN.JO) binding offtake agreement with Australia's Centaurus Metals for the Jaguar Nickel Project in Brazil remains in effect under the previously agreed terms. The mining giant reaffirmed its commitment to the agreement as Centaurus advances negotiations for additional offtake arrangements and strategic funding, according to a Monday release. Centaurus said its senior debt financing process is also at an advanced stage as it works to secure a comprehensive funding package to support the project's development.
