01:05 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aqualis (AQUA.OL) filed an application to delist from Euronext Oslo Børs on Oct. 9, amid plans to relist on Euronext Growth Oslo to reduce its costs and administrative load, according to a same-day release. The marine, offshore, and renewables consultancy services company aims to file the application for admission to Euronext Growth Oslo in the fourth quarter and complete relisting before the end of 2026. Aqualis shares will remain listed on Euronext Oslo Børs until the first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.
