On October 12, many netizens reported that the DeepSeek conversation function was abnormal. The page repeatedly indicated “the server is busy” and “the message is being generated”, and the conversation was not normal, causing a buzz. In response, the official DeepSeek service status page shows that the chat service is “partially interrupted”. The official investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the location. After investigation, it shows “Service has been restored”. However, the third-party monitoring platform showed that the failure began this morning and was still ongoing as of press release. The impact was mainly on web/app chat services. Affected users are advised to try again later or follow the official status page for updates.
