01:38 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forsee Power (ALFOR.PA) ended discussions with investment firm FCAP Investors on a proposed capital increase announced in July. The smart battery systems manufacturer said on Oct. 9 that the conditions needed to complete the deal on terms satisfactory to both sides could not be met. Forsee noted it is continuing active talks with several industrial and financial investors to strengthen its equity base, while pursuing strategic partnerships and asset disposal programs worth over 20 million euros.
