02:41 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BTS Group (BTS-B.ST) unit BTS Sverige agreed to purchase Sweden-based management consulting company Edward Lynx. The deal includes an initial cash consideration and additional payment in 2028, subject to achievement of certain targets by Edward Lynx, the professional services company said Monday. Closing of the transaction is expected on Oct. 30, 2026, after finalization of completion procedures. BTS Group added that the deal will not have a material impact on its earnings in 2027.
