03:14 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British leak detection and remediation company Water Intelligence (WATR.L) is planning a strategic reacquisition of its franchise in southern Alabama, US, according to a Monday filing. The cash consideration for the franchise within the group's core American Leak Detection subsidiary amounts to $4.7 million, of which $2.5 million will be paid at completion, while the balance will be paid throughout 2029. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive.
