03:25 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cetus Maritime Holdings is looking into listing its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo, according to a release dated Oct. 9 and published on the Euronext bourse on Monday. The dry bulk shipping company said the move is subject to a trading application, bourse approval, and market conditions. The company tapped DNB Bank's DNB Carnegie, Clarksons Securities, and Nordea Bank for its potential listing. Additionally, the company noted that it is currently in the process of finalizing its purchase of 13 vessels from Seacon Shipping Group and three ships from CIMC Qianhai Commerce and Trading Co.
