03:28 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gecina (GFC.PA) entered into two long-term leases with tenants at its commercial properties in Paris. The French real estate investment trust signed a firm 11.5-year lease with an global nuclear energy company for all 21,000 square meters of Building B, effective mid-2028, according to a Monday release. Subsequently, the security technology company occupying Building B will move to the adjacent Adamas building after signing an 11-year lease.
