• SVRN, Inc. (NASDAQ:SVRN) jumped 17.8% to $51.85 in pre-market trading. SVRN shares climbed over 12% on Friday after the company announced it acquired FastNEAR, a provider of Remote Procedure Call infrastructure that supports applications on the NEAR Protocol.
• First Tracks Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRAX) gained 16.2% to $37.01 in pre-market trading. First Tracks Biotherapeutics will announce top-line data from Cohort 1 of Phase 1b trial of ANB033, a CD122 antagonist, in celiac disease on Oct. 12.
• Lotus Technology Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:LOT) gained 14.8% to $0.79 in pre-market trading after dropping 10% on Friday.
• CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CCC) gained 10.4% to $7.75 in pre-market trading. GTCR and Elliott are said to near a deal for CCC Intelligent Solutions, Bloomberg reported.
• Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ORBS) gained 9.8% to $0.9224 in pre-market trading after falling 8% on Friday.

• Vivakor, Inc. (NASDAQ:VIVK) fell 24.2% to $2.88 in pre-market trading. Vivakor, on Friday, announced it will acquire Direct Midstream.
• China SXT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SXTC) fell 23% to $0.1145 in pre-market trading. Univest Securities, LLC announced closing of $12 million registered direct offering for its client China SXT Pharmaceuticals.
• Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESLA) fell 22.4% to $0.3180 in pre-market trading.
• Darkiris Inc. (NASDAQ:DKI) tumbled 17.7% to $0.2818 in pre-market trading after dipping 54% on Friday. DarkIris, last week, announced the pricing of its $6 million offering of 4,166,666 units.
• OFA Group (NASDAQ:OFAL) fell 17.3% to $0.4550 in pre-market trading after surging around 34% on Friday.
• WF Holding Limited (NASDAQ:WFF) fell 14.7% to $10.48 in pre-market trading after gaining around 500% on Friday.
• Bradbury Capital Inc. (NASDAQ:BBCI) fell 14.6% to $5.90 in pre-market trading after declining 8% on Friday.
