According to Zhitong Finance App, Rongfeng Holdings (000668.SZ) issued an announcement. On October 10, 2026, Shengshida and the transferee Guangzhou Xintu Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangzhou Xintu”) signed the “Share Transfer Agreement on Rongfeng Holding Group Co., Ltd.” Shengshida plans to transfer 45.721 million shares of the company's unlimited tradable shares to Guangzhou Xintu through an agreed transfer, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital of the listed company. The agreed transfer price is RMB 18.63 per share.

At the same time, on the premise that the implementation of this share transfer is completed, Guangzhou Xintu plans to issue a partial offer to all shareholders of the listed company other than Guangzhou Xintu. The number of shares offered to be purchased was 7,5297 million shares, accounting for 5.01% of the total share capital of the listed company. Shengshida promised to effectively declare and accept the pre-offer with 7,5297 million shares of the listed company in circulation under unlimited sales conditions.

After the transaction is completed, Guangzhou Xintu will own 35.00% of the listed company's shares and the voting rights corresponding to such shares (the shareholding situation is calculated according to the upper limit of the offer agreed in the “Share Transfer Agreement”; the actual situation is subject to the final offer results), and Shengshida will own 4.97% of the listed company's shares and the voting rights corresponding to such shares (assuming that all of Shengshida's shares are sold in advance). After the transaction was completed, the controlling shareholder of the listed company was changed from Shengshida to Guangzhou Xintu, and the actual controller of the listed company was changed from Mr. Wang Zheng to Ms. Chen Qunping.

Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, trading of the company's shares resumed from the opening of the market on the morning of October 13, 2026 (Tuesday).
