The judge decided to reserve final ruling after considering all arguments presented at the Monday hearing, according to a same-day filing. The critical and precious metals project developer said it supports the court's "careful consideration" of the legal challenge. Metals One also reiterated Lions Bay's confidence in the ongoing implementation of the Barbrook rescue strategy, with a target to resume mining operations later in 2026.
