The Nox Group picked up a 128,000-square-foot industrial space and plans to turn it into its new headquarters. The Phoenix Business Journal reports that the company is growing fast and plans to spend $30 million on the upgrades. It made $1 billion last year. Data centers, water treatment plans and semiconductor work are Nox’s three main vertical market sectors. Some of Nox’s largest customers in Arizona include Microsoft, QTS Data Centers and Intel Corp.

The new headquarters will be at 1255 W. Washington St., at The Arroyo complex in Tempe. Nox has also leased 98,000 square feet of manufacturing space at 1330 W. Warner in Tempe (shown).

The scope of work at its new headquarters building includes plumbing lines, a new roof and reinforced concrete throughout. It will also feature amenities such as a pickleball court, wellness rooms, and a patio. Gensler is the architect for the renovation project, which is set to wrap up by the summer of 2027.
