The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on October 12, Zhaoyan New Pharmaceutical (06127) changed positions, with a total transfer market value of HK$202 million, accounting for 5.43%. The company's shareholders transferred 3,026,800 shares to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities and 3.157,300 shares from Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC.

Huatai Securities previously pointed out that the company's overall order amount in the first half of the year was about 3.7 billion yuan, an increase of 60.9% over the previous year, and the amount of new orders signed was about 2.02 billion yuan, an increase of 98.0% over the previous year. Among them, the amount of new orders signed in 2Q26 was about 1.11 billion yuan. The order performance continued to be impressive, and the visibility of subsequent performance further increased. Considering the positive recovery in domestic industry demand, the company's overseas business continues to expand, and I am optimistic about the medium- to long-term growth space for the company's business. The company's A and H shares all maintain a “buy” rating.
