11:55 PM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crédit Agricole (ACA.PA) will acquire the entire share capital of IKB Deutsche Industriebank from Lone Star Funds, according to a Monday release. The French lender will fully finance the acquisition of the German-headquartered commercial bank from its own resources. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2027, after completion procedures and antitrust clearances are finalized.
