01:32 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia (NOKIA.HE) agreed to sell its subsidiary Nokia Enterprise Campus Edge to alternative investor Aurelius, according to a Tuesday release. The Finnish telecommunications equipment company said the transaction will be concluded in the first half of 2027, subject to the completion of employee consultations, regulatory approvals, and other conditions. The divestment supports the company's plan to streamline its portfolio and focus resources on other business areas.
