EPS moved to 1.646 pounds from 1.318 pounds year over year, a Tuesday filing showed. For the 12 months ended July 31, revenue was 3.16 billion pounds versus 2.78 billion pounds previously, the London-listed residential developer added. Meanwhile, the board recommended a final dividend of 0.520 pound per share for the period, compared with the 0.490 pound per share from the year-ago period. This takes the full-year dividend to 0.750 pound per share, compared with 0.700 pound per share in the previous year.
