02:33 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greencore Group (GNC.L) logged a year-over-year growth in pro forma revenue for fiscal 2026, a Tuesday filing showed. For the 12 months ended Sept. 25, pro forma revenue was 3.38 billion pounds sterling, up 3.6% from a year ago, the UK-listed convenience foods manufacturer said. Looking ahead, Greencore now forecasts an adjusted operating profit from continuing operations of 248 million pounds for fiscal 2026, exceeding current market expectations of 238 million pounds. Previously, the company anticipated adjusted operating profit from continuing operations to be between 234 million pounds and 242 million pounds. The company is scheduled to post its full-year results on Dec. 1.
