02:49 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bytes Technology Group (BYIT.L, BYI.JO) agreed to acquire UK-based cybersecurity provider CyberOne for 19.4 million pounds sterling. The transaction also includes additional contingent cash payments over the next 16 months tied to the target company's performance, the software, security, and cloud services company said Tuesday. The deal remains subject to approval under the UK's National Security and Investment Act 2021, which the company expects to receive soon.
