02:52 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Balfour Beatty (BBY.L) sold its 50% stake in Gammon Construction to investment company Jardine Matheson Holdings (JAR.L) for 250 million pounds sterling. The sale makes Jardine Matheson the sole owner of the Hong Kong-based construction and engineering company, according to a Tuesday release. The British infrastructure group will receive the amount in cash in three equal tranches of 83.3 million pounds upon completion, by Dec. 31, 2027, and by Dec. 31, 2028.
