02:57 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Plus500 (PLUS.L) agreed to buy Hedge Capital Markets, which offers access to exchange-listed securities for US retail investors. The multi-asset financial technology group said Tuesday that the transaction also covered Hedge Capital's subsidiaries, such as a US broker-dealer and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA. Plus500 expects the purchase to fortify its operations in the US. Completion is subject to the approval of FINRA, among other customary closing conditions.
